Made an appointment because I did not want to sit around with a sick child, rang at 7pm told next appointment was 8:40pm, turned up and was told there are 4 people ahead of me. I said I had made an appointment and that my child I suspected was contagious hence why I made the appointment. Got ushered into a room to still he told there were 4 others ahead of us. What a joke. From the receptionist to the doctors, they are super unprofessional and have no care for the patients. They are rude and SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Please don't book here with any of the doctors, they dont give a shit about you, your time, your health or your money. Zero consideration. The worst clinic you'll ever go to.
First time in this clinic, The receptionist is very rude to the patient as we simply ask is the doctor going to come out and call us? She is very impatient to explain to us we need to turn left and go upstairs. It really made a bad start for a Sunday morning,would not come here again.
