This was my first experience in visiting the clinic. I had a medical emergency on a Sunday afternoon. I pre booked my visit. I received prompt and exceptional professional service from Dr Alan Cuuneen & the attending nurse Kate. I have returned daily for further dressing treatment & doctor appraisal. The treatment and service has been magnificent.
Such a great clinic. They’re still open when most regular clinics have already closed, which is so helpful. The doctors are caring and responsible, and the reception staff are always patient and friendly. Really appreciate the care we’ve received here. Highly recommend!
Worst GP clinic I’ve ever been to. They clearly don’t respect appointment times, and there’s no communication when they’re running behind. I waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time, only to eventually go to reception myself and be told the doctor was “running very late.” If there’s going to be a significant delay, patients should be advised when they check in rather than being left sitting there with no explanation. Absolutely whats wrong with the medical system. Cant come to the clinic without a mask on and have a rat test done which you pay for. Cant then get treatment for the rat test results until well. I used to be a loyal patient but long wait times, stupid policies is why we left
