Daughter had a cough for over 1 month. Did Covid test negative. Waited 2 hours for Dr Moe to say my daughter is fine, chest is clear. If she was fine, we wouldn’t be there in the first place and wasted 2 freaking hour! Should have ordered scan or an xray for further check ups?. Unprofessional and just DUMB!
Booked for a telehealth appointment at 11.30am with the assumption there might be a small delay but would still fit into when I had time at work to answer. I had to call twice to check I was still going to get the appointment, the receptionist was very kind and checked for me, however I didn't get a call from the gp until 3.5hrs after my original booking time. Not the first time I’ve had problems with this surgery, they made me pay for a special Covid test refusing to except the original ones, I’m a single mother yet it was negative like o said then was refused treatment when I spoke Dr cunneen walked away ignored me like I wasn’t there and brushed me off when I asked how to treat him. Absolutely disgusting treatment by staff and doctors
Waited the phone consultation for more than 1h and still no call.
