Inexperienced doctors and rude receptionist staff. I do not recommend this clinic at all.
Very disappointing and ridiculous service with a complete lack of empathy. My daughter was sick, and we had a confirmed appointment at 11:40 am. We were kept waiting for over an hour, only to be asked to fill out a new patient registration form that should have been provided before the appointment. After making us wait with a sick child, the receptionist and Dr. Vijesh Soni told us they could not see her because she had flu symptoms—even though we had already completed all the tests they requested before attending the clinic... read more
Absolutely appalling behaviour my 7 month old child is sick did have a runny nose this morning and got told to wait in the car and the doctor will call you when they are ready for you to come in been waiting in the car with a 7 month old for over an hour This is an addition to my last review all I can say is go to a different clinic the saying is 3 strikes and your out this clinic gets 2 I’m done with this I have left a review before and going to again Mark is the receptionist on tonight on the 12/06/2026 has absolutely disg... read more
Front staff were great, first class. Doctor was probably the most time consuming and pedantic I have ever come across in my long medical hiatory. 45 minutes to achieve 4 scripts for repeat basic medications. My father has chronic COPD and stage 4 cancer and barely can breathe. She refused to lift his lower his mask, even though she had on an N95 herself. All bar on of the 3 scripts needed to be adjusted.
Dr Alan Cunneen is the worst Dr I have ever had to experience. He was highly rude, obnoxious and spoke to me like I was an idiot when I needed help changing the frequency of one of my medications on a script due to another Dr not understanding a professional letter sent from my pain specialist. I got off the Telehealth upset and angry- I will only recommend AGAINST seeing him. Disgusting!
