I had a very disappointing experience with Dr Soni. I usually see my regular GP, but unfortunately they were unavailable, so I had to see Dr Soni instead. I found his manner extremely rude, dismissive and disrespectful. I did not feel listened to or treated with the level of respect and professionalism I would expect from a GP. I have been seeing Dr Michael Azari, Chiro for some time now and he has helped me in a lot of ways. I am very active person who several years ago shattered my pelvis in a cycling accident of which, once I was put back together I had wonky hips. Through Michaels treatment and approach he has got me back in shape that Im able to continue my heavily active lifestyle. Extremely disappointed with the receptionist working on the 3/08/2026. I came in to ask for a query and she greeted me by rolling her eyes and asking me how she could help. I asked her where to go and she gave me the WRONG directions and then when I took her directions proceeded to shout in a nasty manner at me about how she already told me where to go. very bad, i got the wrong vaccine shot i originaly booked a appointment at 5 or 6pm(dont remember think 5) and was told the vaccination nurses wont be at work then so changed it to 4.40pm which i accepted i then called back later worried that by the time i see the docter and get the vaccination note the nurse would already be off work so they told me i could go to nurse and they would help me get it from the docter i wanted a mmr+varicella vaccine i already had a docs note for this and free covid and also dtpa or diphtheria,... read more
