Waited over an hour to see the DrSoni. After a 6 minute consultation and not listening to the majority of what I said the Dr prescribed me a medication for sleep that "is all that i will prescribe". I took it for 2 days and it was awful. I came back and after a 1 minute "consultation" he yelled at me, I was in tears, all because I had the ordasity to google the new medication he had prescribed as he gave me no info or background as to why and what it does - similar to the first medication where i had to do my own research. Worst receptionist, always so rude. The older reception ladies get nastier each time. Can't even ask a single question. The doctor was running late, so I asked about my position, and she just told me to sit down and wait for my turn. What's the point of sitting there if she can't even answer basic questions? Management should really take this into consideration. No matter the time, she’s consistently rude to everyone, especially the older lady at the ground floor reception.
DO NOT GO HERE. IT ISN'T WORTH THE TIME!! Been going here for a while because it’s convenient for me but just realised how bad they really are. Saw a doctor about a work injury for my arm. He listened to my concerns but doesn't even look at or touch the injury until I ask him to. Just tells me to have panadol. He tells me to use work cover but doesn't fill in the form properly and it almost doesn't go through with how vague it was. I had to go back the same week because the pain was still persisting. I went to this clinic for the very first time as it’s closer to my workplace . Jesus I wish I never go back there as they clearly don’t know what they are doing . Only thing they know how to ripped you off and over charged . My appointment was with Dr moi 14 Feb 4.30 pm and doctor took me 4.55 pm and I have finished 5.05 pm . During this time doctor got phone call and she said she has to answer that . However she has charged me 122/- and all I said was my hair is falling and she wrote down for blood test and did swob test . ... read more
