Caring Staff
Very positive experience. Charlene was very thorough , empathetic, and polite and helped with the initial information. Nurse Anne was excellent. Sat with and prepared me for the procedure. Chatted and put me at ease . Very kind and relaxed nurse. Joanne looked after me excellently after the procedure and helped with my recovery . Great praise to doctor Chen and the anaesthetist ( I think dr Low)who chatted to me while administering the anaesthetic and kept me distracted and relaxed.
I accompanied a friend here who has a very difficult time in medical settings, and I was incredibly impressed with every member of this practice with whom we interacted. The kindness and patience shown from intake to recovery was well beyond anything I might have hoped for. She has said that it was the single best experience with a physician and care team she has ever had. Thank you.
I had a recent surgery with Dr Ong. The whole process from start to finish was absolutely fantastic, this was facilitated by the amazing team comprising of Caitlin and the rest of the staff. Very appreciative for the great service, all my questions were answered and I felt the team actually cared. Thank you all!
My husband and I have had endoscopy/gastroscopies at the practice for 30 years. We have always been looked after professionally and with kindness. Everyone makes one feel welcome and well looked after. The process is very well organised and efficient. No sitting around for ages waiting or being parked on a trolley somewhere. The procedures and risks are explained as one gets to sit down with the nurse, gastroenterologist and anaesthetist one after the other, prior to the procedure and then again with the doctor afterwards.
