I accompanied a friend here who has a very difficult time in medical settings, and I was incredibly impressed with every member of this practice with whom we interacted. The kindness and patience shown from intake to recovery was well beyond anything I might have hoped for. My husband and I have had endoscopy/gastroscopies at the practice for 30 years. We have always been looked after professionally and with kindness. Everyone makes one feel welcome and well looked after. The process is very well organised and efficient. No sitting around for ages waiting or being parked on a trolley somewhere. Pam at the reception was very helpful, polite and professional. Dr Low's consultation was very clear, concise, thorough and reassuring. They did a brilliant job serving patients. Highly recommend this place!
Had an iron infusion here and it was amazingly comfortable and easy going. Nurses are brilliant. Dr Gideon was delightful to talk to!
