At the Waverley Animal Hospital I felt like there was time taken to thoughtfully discuss my elderly dog’s issues. We were seen by Dr. Nugent who was very patient and informative! I would absolutely recommend him and the clinic.
We recently became clients of this clinic and have had nothing but positive, professional care from day one. The entire staff are extremely kind, friendly and willing to help in any way they can. We see Dr.MacFarlane and she is so amazing with both our dog and cat. She is patient, gentle and extremely knowledgeable. She explains everything , giving options for the best care plan.
My dog was in an emergency situation and they got him in right away and was given exceptional care. Given the sensitivity of the situation that my dog was in, I really appreciated the multiple follow ups they did the following day to make sure he was okay. And they went above and beyond to ensure that his meds were adequate to make sure he was conformable.
