The staff are wonderful! Aside from that, they really need a sign that explains the steps/directions. Also for the record, you have to use a laundry card or download the app, you cannot use your credit card or coins to directly pay at the machine. It's clean, well lit and quiet, everyone is nice. There's places to sit while you wait for the laundry to finish.

I came in today with a huge amount of laundry, I’m talking king and queen bedding, comforters, towels, linens, throw blankets, and bulky items my washer and dryer at home just couldn’t handle. I was a little nervous since it was my first time at a laundromat, but the space was very clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet for a Friday afternoon.
