I normally love Wave Max, how ever the last two times it hasn't been as clean. The music they have been playing is all Rap. I think I will give it a break for awile
Very safe and friendly staff, it was our first time at Laundromat and they were really helpful in guiding us. It is affordable too!
The positive reviews aren’t lyin! I’m traveling, and this place saved my week 💕 This place is sparkling and bright, and the staff like Rahel are keeping it that way. The bathroom is locked by default for security, but if you ask they will remote unlock it for you. I only mention because this complaint was a trend in other reviews. Nonsensical. All of their machines' dials/knobs are loose & wobbly! So when you go to push it in to start it, it moves a tiny bit and changes the cycle before starting. VERY janky! And then when you tell the woman on duty what happened, she's super rude about it and immediately, closed-mindedly says "nope. nuh uh. No. No. Nothing I can do, sorry. Nope." Even though A: she sees me there all the time and I've spent a TON of money there over the past year.
