I used WaveMAX for the 1st time today. The young lady on staff was very helpful in getting me started and she picks out great pandora stations too! The facility is very clean and organized.
The place is kept clean and it wasn't overcrowded like other laundromats I have been recently. Amanda was extremely helpful. She made sure to clean behind every customer and changed all the lint traps multiple times while I was there.
Look I understand that it is important to calculate monies that is in the drawer but this lady had it written down and I asked her the question twice and it was like oh I don't have to listen to you I'm just going to tell you whatever I want. I have never seen this person at this laundromat before so she must be new and I hope that the lady that was there before she still works for this laundromat without her this new lady doesn't even comprehend the phrase active listening. I am absolutely floored with how I was done today
