Washed my clothes here while visiting Phoenix – the location was well kept, system was easy to use, staff was SUPER helpful and knowledgable and the machines worked quickly. Really appreciated this place, thank you!
Worst experience. Try to rob you constantly with the card system(which is not transferable like other laundry card systems/min $10 for every deposit). 1.75 for the card inself...but those take that out of your balance(not add it onto the payment fee-be aware). Also first laundry I've ever been too where the dryers don't dry your stuff within 20ish minutes....forcing you to spend another 3ish dollars or add at least $10 to your card....be aware. Be beautiful and clean...but waste time and money.
Love this spot. Literally every employee is so helpful and sweet. The place is always spotless as well.
I normally wash at home, but had to come to a laundrymat and it ended up being this one. It was very very clean, and the lady was super helpful, with everything, but just kept saying yeah to everything I asked even if it wasn't a yeah answer. It was a bit expensive 20 bucks got me a load of whites and 1 1/2 loads of colors almost my monthly water bill. I just left the cars you have to buy there hopefully someone else can use it. I never plan on going back.
Music and TV so loud, noise canceling headphones are useless. Nice and clean but fast, aggressive music makes it unbearable for my neurodivergent brain.
