This is my first time doing laundry in public, and I’m really impressed. The place is clean, hygienic, and surprisingly pleasant. Wave Wash Shop exceeded my expectations!
Came at 8pm as I have done before just to dry. I was told last wash was already for the night. The time on the website should reflect that with a warning as well about last wash. If I came at 7:50 pm to actually wash clothes would I have been told the same thing?! If I didn’t have money on my loaded card I would never come here again.
The experience at WaveMax was wonderful. Customer service was top tier . I’ll definitely revisit
