Moved to the area last May. I found this place off maps and i really love it. I would of given a 5 star but i have one complaint. My issue isn't with the machines, location and cleanliness. It has to do with one employee. I always come in the evenings. Your hours if I'm not mistaken is last wash 9:30 close at 10 or 10:30. Well everytime he is here he starts his closing duties at 8-8:30. Wavemax Laundry, Moreno Valley is the best laundromat I’ve ever been to. It’s always clean, the machines are new and there’s always an employee on site cleaning. Today the vending machine didn’t vent my dryer sheets, luckily, Letty was on site and was able to refund my money and give me the correct dryer sheets! Thanks Letty! On weeknights Paul is usually the other employee there and he is always very helpful and kind and I appreciate his compliments on my studded biker vest!
My wife had to use Wave Max laundry while we were going through a slab leak at home and let me tell you she had four loads of laundry washed dried and folded inside of 20 minutes. Very clean. Highly recommended!!!!
This is my new favorite laundromat, I used to go to wash house on Alessandro and Fredrick for a long time, but the last time I went, the washers seemed to not have enough water when washing. I decided to try a new one and found this one, I'm so glad I did! I don't know how long this place has been open but it's like new. I love that the laundry card is free, you can load money on the card easily and also accept transfer from EBT cash to your laundry card for your convenience. They have a play area for your babies.
