Staff members should be able to handle trouble shooting errors so that customers don't have to spend more than they have too. Train your staff better, they don't seem to understand what to do when their is an error with your machines.
This place is wonderful and cheap pricing.
They post that the last call to get in to do your laundry is 9pm since they close at 10pm yet they turn me away at 8:53pm instead. Dont falsely advertise your hours. If you are going to actually shut your doors before 9pm, be honest and post that. It's pathetic and poor business that you won't let me do my laundry when I get there before the hours you post on the door of your business. This is now the 2nd time that's happened too.
