Amazing customer service and great machines and cleanliness.
Always clean, washers and dryers are working well ...
I did the wash dry fold option. I have called, emailed and messaged management with no reply. Clothes were wrinkled, bleached, inside out and had to be re done. They smelled like cigarettes and wadded in a ball. Completely defeats the purpose and price. And no one answers the phone. I have been here several times but will never return.
I use the drop off services. I've been dropping in the morning and my laundry is ready by noon. Button ups are on hangers, everything else is folded and placed in a large plastic bag. Big thanks to Lenor. She is kind, polite and has genuine concern about getting thing done right. WaveMAX, she deserves a raise!!
