Bad experience as a trans individual. Stood waiting at the desk because I didn't comprehend how to use the machines... I had just seen the worker. I truly believe he was avoiding me . As he came out later. Thankfully I'm smart enough to help myself, but it took a minute. I just assumed this was coin laundry, no store card necessary.
