Super clean and a ton of every size washer and dryer available. The attendant came out and greeted me and asked if I'd been there before which I had not and showed me how to purchase a washer dryer card and how to operate the machines. Very friendly and nice and welcoming. I used the largest capacity washer which holds the equivalent of 9 normal size laundry baskets of clothes and the cost was $9 can I upgraded to warmer water and a second rinse for a total of $10.25. I had never been here before and a staff member greeted me upon walking in the door, welcomed me in, asked me if I had been there, then gave me a tour and gave me direction along the way of how to use their machines (very fancy). It’s also the cleanest laundry facility I have ever been in. In fact, my rug dripped water from the washer to the dryer and the staff immediately were mopping it and ensuring it was dried before people walked there. Erica was awesome!! The place was spotless even with it being super busy and she very knowledgeable and on top of everything about the process got us registered and set up with the wash system walked us through the entire procedure and we were able to complete our task with no issues whatsoever!! Our washing machine decided to die right before we went camping over the 4th of July, and we needed a place to do all the laundry. Decided to try this new place and WOW! So clean and professional. I was immediately greeted by the staff member, who turned out to be the owner. He helped me get oriented to the machines and how to pay and use everything. Visited WaveMax on 6/1/25 and had a great experience. I used the self service machines for 1 king and 1 queen comforter (both white) they came out fresh and super clean. There was an attendant on site that was super helpful as this was my first time visiting. He showed me how to load the wash card, the different size machines and how to start them. Very helpful and the facility itself was very clean. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely use again.
