Very clean. Prices are about average. The staff is very friendly. Bathroom are also clean. Feels like a safe place. The machine do not take cash. You have to buy a card to put money on. This is ok if you plan on using the machines regularly. But if you don't, and you'er just passing through, it's just a waste of a dollar.
Super clean and a ton of every size washer and dryer available. The attendant came out and greeted me and asked if I'd been there before which I had not and showed me how to purchase a washer dryer card and how to operate the machines. Very friendly and nice and welcoming. I used the largest capacity washer which holds the equivalent of 9 normal size laundry baskets of clothes and the cost was $9 can I upgraded to warmer water and a second rinse for a total of $10.25. I stopped in at WaveMAX today to wash a bulky comforter that wouldn’t fit in my washing machine at home. I was so impressed with how clean everything was, it did not smell like your typical laundromat and was spotless. The washer worked great. Cassondra was working and was extremely helpful. She walked me through how to use the machines. She was extremely friendly and greeted everyone who walked in the door. Wonderful customer service!
Pam is GREAT! She walked me through the machines and setting up my card, was super friendly and helpful. The facility is spotless and the machines go really quick, they have different cycles you can set up. Great place to wash large items like comforters too!
Erica was awesome!! The place was spotless even with it being super busy and she very knowledgeable and on top of everything about the process got us registered and set up with the wash system walked us through the entire procedure and we were able to complete our task with no issues whatsoever!! Shoutout to Erica for helping us and for the wonderful smile we received on such a hazy Sunday!! Thank you for your support 😊
