Super clean and a ton of every size washer and dryer available. The attendant came out and greeted me and asked if I'd been there before which I had not and showed me how to purchase a washer dryer card and how to operate the machines. Very friendly and nice and welcoming. I used the largest capacity washer which holds the equivalent of 9 normal size laundry baskets of clothes and the cost was $9 can I upgraded to warmer water and a second rinse for a total of $10.25. I stopped in at WaveMAX today to wash a bulky comforter that wouldn’t fit in my washing machine at home. I was so impressed with how clean everything was, it did not smell like your typical laundromat and was spotless. The washer worked great. Cassondra was working and was extremely helpful. She walked me through how to use the machines. She was extremely friendly and greeted everyone who walked in the door. Wonderful customer service!
We were visiting from out of state & didn't want to pack dirty clothes plus needed some clean changes of clothes since train ride back home would take almost 2 days. This was near our hotel. Great place, highly recommend! Very clean, friendly & helpful staff, good prices. They suggested washer size to use & how much I would need to put on card and ended up being exactly right amount for wash, dry & a bottle of water. Pam is GREAT! She walked me through the machines and setting up my card, was super friendly and helpful. The facility is spotless and the machines go really quick, they have different cycles you can set up. Great place to wash large items like comforters too!
I’m have actually never used a laundry mat before and was in town for business and my hotel didn’t have laundry. Cassandra was very very amazing l. She helped me the whole time explained everything to me was knowledgeable about your equipment and technology. Thank you so much Cassandra!!
