So impressed by this laundromat! I have been waiting for a nice clean laundromat to bring my comforter to, and was excited to check this place out after reading the positive reviews. The employees are very welcoming and provide a tour of the facility. When they’re not helping customers the employees are actively cleaning and sanitizing the equipment. You can tell they have pride which is something you don’t see anymore. The bathroom was nice and clean too. Will definitely come back when I need a laundromat!
Tom was super helpful. He showed me the different settings on the washers so I got the best cycle for my comforters. Tom showed me how to load money onto the reusable cards and told me about the current $20 for $20 promo. He definitely went above and beyond. Tom mentioned that they wipe down all machines between uses and he stayed busy cleaning the whole time I was there. The dryers were super impressive. 22 minutes and my king size comforter was dry. Other laundromats I’ve been to have taken at least an hour!
What an awesome laundromat! No need to bring heavy, awkward heaps of quarters, because everything is electronic with their laundry cards. Marlon helped us register and start a wash at the same time, very efficient and helpful! There are multiple places to sit while the machines run, bright and airy interior, all new machines—it’s just a nice spot!
I was in Fargo for a two week work trip, and the hotel I stayed at did not have laundry outside of a drycleaning service. I stopped in to do my laundry and I am glad the hotel did not have laundry service. Using the washers and dryers was simple enough, you purchase a card or reload one you already have, place it on the card reader, load up, select the settings, and you're good to go. This was my very first time being at a Laundromat. The gentlemen working during the day on Thursday was so helpful and attentive, he went above and beyond. He showed me how to do every step and what the best settings and dryer times were for the King comforter I was washing. I will definitely be returning. You have a great employee and store.
