I’m visiting Fargo and needed to do a quick load of laundry. I stumbled upon WaveMax Laundry and was so impressed! This is one of the cleanest and most high-tech laundromats I’ve ever been in. Everything is spotless, the machines are easy to use, and you can tell the owners take real pride in keeping it nice. It’s definitely not your typical laundromat. Super modern, efficient, and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone needing laundry done while in town!
Very clean. Prices are about average. The staff is very friendly. Bathroom are also clean. Feels like a safe place. The machine do not take cash. You have to buy a card to put money on. This is ok if you plan on using the machines regularly. But if you don't, and you'er just passing through, it's just a waste of a dollar.
I stopped in at WaveMAX today to wash a bulky comforter that wouldn’t fit in my washing machine at home. I was so impressed with how clean everything was, it did not smell like your typical laundromat and was spotless. The washer worked great. Cassondra was working and was extremely helpful. She walked me through how to use the machines. She was extremely friendly and greeted everyone who walked in the door. Wonderful customer service!
Super clean and a ton of every size washer and dryer available. The attendant came out and greeted me and asked if I'd been there before which I had not and showed me how to purchase a washer dryer card and how to operate the machines. Very friendly and nice and welcoming. I used the largest capacity washer which holds the equivalent of 9 normal size laundry baskets of clothes and the cost was $9 can I upgraded to warmer water and a second rinse for a total of $10.25. So ,Im in town on business and it's my final day and didn’t want to travel with soiled clothing. So decided to get an early start before my afternoon flight and stumbled across this particular Laundry mat. All I can say is AMAZING!!! And the attendant Cassandra is whatever is above AMAZING!!! EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!! Actually walked me through the entire process.She definitely was helpful with suggesting things to try in the area .Washers and dryers have smart uv technology. Quality laundromat. Next time in Fargo ,Im there!!
