I’m visiting Fargo and needed to do a quick load of laundry. I stumbled upon WaveMax Laundry and was so impressed! This is one of the cleanest and most high-tech laundromats I’ve ever been in. Everything is spotless, the machines are easy to use, and you can tell the owners take real pride in keeping it nice. It’s definitely not your typical laundromat. Super modern, efficient, and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone needing laundry done while in town!
Very clean. Prices are about average. The staff is very friendly. Bathroom are also clean. Feels like a safe place. The machine do not take cash. You have to buy a card to put money on. This is ok if you plan on using the machines regularly. But if you don't, and you'er just passing through, it's just a waste of a dollar.
This is a wonderful place with amazing machines. The staff and process is so wonderful too. I was stressed with a broke washing machine and worried to have to get it all done. It was easy and so comfortable. I highly recommended using this place for all your needs. It's clean, efficient, well staffed, and comfortable while you wait.
Cassandra at WaveMax made my very first wash-in memorable. I came in with a heavy load and heard her call out to me—extraordinarily willing to help. She offered not just excellent customer service, but real presence. Very clean and staff were so helpful! Not expensive and had many different types of machines to accommodate your needs. Also, the unexpected perk was the LUX UV laundry system in all the machines.
