This place is always absolutely beautiful! Always 100% clean, and the service is outstanding!! Teresa was an absolute legend helping me when the card readers were having issues she came and happily assisted! This is my permanent laundromat.
I've have always appreciated the efficiency and easy process of this laundromat. Their app has always worked phenomenally, making the experience seamless. Recently, I encountered an issue, but the staff and management were incredibly helpful. I'd like to specifically mention Tobi for her exceptional support and Upper Management for their leadership in this matter. Thanks to their quick assistance, and I'm highly satisfied with the service!
Teresa was very nice in assisting me and the machines were new. Dryer was the fastest dryer I’ve seen
I would give five stars for the other attendants but when Toni is working I feel I am treated different. A week ago she harassed me about my parking when I was not not even out of my car and the engine was still running. She came out harassing me asking if I can’t park right. Then the washer was not working and about three other customers came and left before she could resolve my wagers issue. Why was it only my machine was failing and she could not help me.
