The nice lady I wish I asked her name for this review she was nice friendly went out of her way to help me even returned my card that I didn't even know I left on top of machine it was a Thursday between 6pm to 7pm October 9 2025
Outstanding service! The entire staff at this location is outstanding but I would like to single out one particular employee, Margie. I've forgot my laundry before in the dryer and she set it aside for me, she saw me struggling to fold my king size comforter and has helped.me and she is always offering to assist new customers who aren't familiar in explaining how the the wash machines work. This place is immaculate as well.
My laundry smelled like mildew after a cycle in their washing machines.
Melissa was the best !!! I just moved here from Seattle and needed a laundry mat so… I trued WAVE MAX and they are awesome. MELLISA was so helpful with loading unloading and giving suggestions for my laundry. She even folded my sheets for me. Thank you so much !!! I would recommend this place for all your laundry needs.
