Impossible to find parking. It is in a very tiny center with a restaurant, bar, barbershop, and a massage place. While the machines are new, parking is very limited.

I’m updating my previous 4-star review because I’ve noticed a decline in quality lately. I used to love coming here, but recently the place has been getting quite messy. More concerning is that several machines have been out of order for a while now and haven't been fixed. Because so many machines are down, the wait times have gone up significantly—I ended up waiting at least 40 extra minutes just to get a machine. I’ve been coming to WaveMAX Laundry on 1st Street in Tustin for a while now and have always had good experiences. However, today I had a very disappointing interaction with an employee (Jessica). I arrived at 6:35 PM to pick up my clothes that I dropped off yesterday. As soon as I walked up, she locked the door and went out to her car. I approached her and let her know I was here to pick up my clothes. She told me, “I can’t talk with you right now,” and said she would be back at 7:07 PM. Edit: Fair price for fluff and fold. Clothes are clean and neatly folded. Old review....Clean laundromat. Attendant always is on duty to help. Free soap and dryer sheets if you need them. By coming here, you support a mom and pop small business. Dryers are great. I dried my clothes on medium and clothes dried very fast. .75 dried a load of towels and thick socks on medium. Washers have several choices of speeds and temperatures. There are 2x, 4x, 6x, 8x and 10x size washers. The number corresponds with the numbers of load. C... read more
