Follow up service was excellent. Had an issue with our new tub and John came out and made it right. Very knowledgeable and efficient service guy.
Fantastic experience buying a hottub from Paula and the team at Wavemaker. When a competing dealer was told the offer and timing Wavemaker promised, the response was: "Impossible". Well, Paula did the Impossible. They were straight up about what they could deliver and installed it well. They did not haggle needlessly or add additional fees or conditions. The install team was professional and efficient. They delivered in half time others promised. Would highly recommend.

Love this place and the owners and staff! Marcus and Matt changed out the sand in my sand flyer and were amazing! Marcus gave me some great pool/filter advice . Came when they said they would and left the area tidy! Thank you!
