My experience was nothing short of awful. Minimal communication, my child's details were written wrong on the "assessment", late to appointments, and then when I addressed a letter of concern to the principle in charge, I was called back by the receptionist to discuss my concerns with, who informed me the principle was short on time and had asked her to do so on her behalf. The team at Wavelengths are amazing. I always feel welcome & supported no matter what challenges are present. Excellent service & professional expertise across a range of services. Very grateful to everyone there. Highly recommended.

I will start by saying that I cannot fault the Child and Family Therapist that we had- she was beautiful and very thorough in her job. Our issue is solely with the intake of our business and the required documents/assessments we needed for NDIA that was organised by the owner, Mel. Our referral was completed by our OT as we required a restrictive practice assessment and positive behaviour support plan completed asap- which was told to the owner. Wavelengths have always been excellent to deal with. Feedback I get from patients regarding the psychology service is very positive and Mel Cox has gone above and beyond many times.
