We highly recommend doing a snorkelling tour with Wavelength. We went on the day tour with 3 dive sites as a family, 12 and 11 year old children. From the start to finish everyone on this tour were welcoming, made you feel part of the family and were eager to answer any questions. The dive sites were amazing with plenty of marine life and the marine biologist gave a great talk about the reef. Fantastic experience. Had booked prior to visiting. Lovely size of group. Couple, end Oct 2025. The crew we have to say were fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and engaging. Such an experience drift snorkeling on the outer reef! Amazing to hear about their research involvement and contributions. Hopefully we'll be able yo visit again and we would definitely rebook with Wavelength!
Amazing experience through Wavelength, far & away the best tour to experience the reef with! The crew was awesome and very knowledgeable (led by marine biologists). Great company too- a family company that reinvests into planting more reefs and getting rid of invasive species to preserve reef health. Fantastic experience; the staff is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the reef. The tour is suitable for everyone, but is particularly recommended for those who prefer an eco-friendly and less touristy experience. If you’re looking for a great day out on the reef without being shoulder for shoulder and waiting in big lines to hit the water - Wavelength is for you. The staff were fun, friendly and knowledgeable. The snorkelling brilliant, catering for every level and ability and the food tasty and plentiful. We highly recommend spending the day exploring with the Wavelength crew.
