Excellent purchase. Quality product and fitted my backup power supply unit perfectly. Correct terminal size. Quick shipping.
I purchased two batteries for my battery lawnmower. Great service and a great price, thank you, David.
I was having issues with our motorhome house batteries not charging properly and also wanted to add a 3rd battery, David replied promptly to my questions at about 6.30am . It turned out the solar controller was on the wrong setting and much of the 12v cabling was too small and the batteries weren't getting the correct absoption voltage. The new battery and correct cables turned up promptly and the system is now working as it should be.
Great backup service from David. I brought solar panels and controller several years ago which was set up on a 12v system. Upon buying a new boat which was set up on 24v i contacted David for advice on transferring the system over and adding more panels, he was able to look back over his records, find out what i had and give advice to what i could and couldn't do. Recommend Waveinverter if you want great product, service and backup.
This is the second time we have purchased from waveinverter and both times David has been really helpful. His products have done the job well . Very knowledgeable guy on solar 🙂
