I trusted these people but got very burnt especially by Madeline. She referred me to the students social workers who was inexperienced who referred me to a cleaning company who were scammers. The students did not do their homework as they were lazy. It caused me unwanted stress. When making complaint about this I was abused by the manager and also by Madeline Brett. I cannot believe how this place has not been advertised or recommended from before by GP's, Doctor's, other clinics. With the amount of mental health issues arising, this counselling centre should be given more accreditation. I came across this place while searching online when trying to look for a new psychologist. This place so far has been a life saver - literally. Very comfortable sitting area and calming atmosphere. The counsellors are genuine and caring, with a non-judgemental approach to helping you.
