My wife gifted me with a gyrotonic lesson for golf specifically. Pauline was very helpful with teaching me what I needed to do within the lesson to make sure I got the most out of it. I had very little experience with any kind of workout that is similar to gyrotonics. I felt great when I left and I ultimately think I will be back for more lessons as mobility is very important to me at my age and for life in general!
Gyrotonic is amazing and feels SO GOOD! Not only is Pauline so lovely and comforting to talk to, but she is brilliant and will help you feel a connection to your body that you didn't know you needed. She has taught me so much!
Absolutely love Wave Within Studio. Pauline is so knowledgeable and really listens to my concerns and goals. This is also my only workout that I walk away feeling great and like I worked every muscle in my body. It’s been excellent for my ongoing back pain. Highly recommend!
Alyce has been an exceptional trainer. I have added Gyrotronics to my exercise, strength and wellness regime and have already noted significant improvements in my locked shoulder and overall flexibility and movement! Alyce is detailed, patient yet full of positive strength to teach the art. The studio is beautiful and they have all types of equipment!
Beautiful Gyrotonics studio in quiet location. Pauline is a fantastic instructor!
