Absolutely love Wave Within Studio. Pauline is so knowledgeable and really listens to my concerns and goals. This is also my only workout that I walk away feeling great and like I worked every muscle in my body. It’s been excellent for my ongoing back pain. Highly recommend!

Alyce has been an exceptional trainer. I have added Gyrotronics to my exercise, strength and wellness regime and have already noted significant improvements in my locked shoulder and overall flexibility and movement! Alyce is detailed, patient yet full of positive strength to teach the art. The studio is beautiful and they have all types of equipment!
