Beautiful Gyrotonics studio in quiet location. Breanne is a fantastic instructor!
It's been incredible working with Pauline. Her knowledge and attention to detail uncovered important pieces to my recovery from hip/shoulder surgery that conventional physical therapists could not. If you're recovering from injury, training for a sport, or simply want to get stronger and move better can't recommend Pauline highly enough!
I took prenatal gyrotonics with Pauline, and my weekly lessons made a huge difference on my mental health and physical well-being during my pregnancy and leading up to childbirth. Lessons with Pauline left me feeling physically good (stretched and strengthened and connected with my pelvic floor) and mentally good. As a first-time mom, lessons with Pauline were a sort of therapy! Additionally, I had a very healthy, normal pregnancy and a fast delivery. I can't help but feel that my lessons with Pauline made this possible!
Pauline is incredible. She supported us for the birth of our 3rd child and we were so pleased with the experience. Pauline is knowledgeable, patient, and extremely talented at hands-on physical support during labor. It was amazing to have both my husband and Pauline helping me through contractions. The studio is cozy and welcoming. Pauline (the owner and instructor) is very knowledgeable, genuine and professional. You will leave feeling energized, stretched out and toned. If you are in Charlotte NC, I highly recommend! I also recently (2022) worked with Pauline throughout my pregnancy. Because of the pandemic we worked together remotely, but she was there before I got pregnant (going through fertility treatments), during pregnancy, and postpartum as well.
