Pauline was instrumental in the successful birth of our daughter. I cannot imagine how it would have gone without Pauline's guidance for the months leading up to her birth or the steadfast focus she held on the day of birth. It's apparent she is meant for this type of work. My wife and I are forever grateful.
I couldn’t have done it without Pauline. She was amazing from day 1 with our prenatal care and guidance. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, supportive and nurturing. During labor she was the MVP making sure I ate and had water stayed in the zone. Beautiful Gyrotonics studio in quiet location. Breanne is a fantastic instructor!
It's been incredible working with Pauline. Her knowledge and attention to detail uncovered important pieces to my recovery from hip/shoulder surgery that conventional physical therapists could not. If you're recovering from injury, training for a sport, or simply want to get stronger and move better can't recommend Pauline highly enough!
I took prenatal gyrotonics with Pauline, and my weekly lessons made a huge difference on my mental health and physical well-being during my pregnancy and leading up to childbirth. Lessons with Pauline left me feeling physically good (stretched and strengthened and connected with my pelvic floor) and mentally good. As a first-time mom, lessons with Pauline were a sort of therapy! Additionally, I had a very healthy, normal pregnancy and a fast delivery. I can't help but feel that my lessons with Pauline made this possible!
