Their techs will cut you off in traffic just to get places faster. Nearly got into a fatal accident because of their morons. If they can't see a row of cars going 45mph towards them I doubt they'll see all the spots they missed
Andy was so helpful and prompt! And when my dogs freaked out about 4th of July and messed up the carpets again, he came right back that week to do touch-ups. I'm glad I know now that those kinds of spots need to be SUPERHEATED to kill the bacteria - explains why all my home carpet cleaning remedies hadn't worked very long in the past. Thank you, Andy!
Couldn't ask for a better service! I had an issue that needed attention quickly. Andy was responsive, kind, caring and understanding.
