Jay has completed three projects of increasing size and complexity for us: Replacing five windows; insulating and drywalling a two-car garage; and most recently a tricky conversion of an open breezeway into a 200 SF mudroom, plus some hardscaping. We had some issues with our home after a storm. Jay was immediately responsive to my communications and wasted no time coming out to our property to check out our issues. He was professional, kind, and honest - even talked with my elderly father for a good spell. Most importantly: he got the job done. Jay's rates are quite reasonable and I will trust him with our future home repair needs.
I hired Jay to help fix up my rental house between renters. He was able to troubleshoot several issues and prioritize projects that would make the property more functional and safe. He was very polite and gracious to myself and my renter.
