The one star is only because we have home appliance warranty company cinch in between.As far as my experienxe goes, My home warranty company forced me to go with this horrible service company wave plumbing. The office desk managed by Alexandria is rude as hell. We had had SIX different plumbers sent out by our home warranty company and they all failed fix our leaky tub faucet. Vince, from Wave Plumbing fixed it in ONE visit. He was kind, helpful, and professional. He assisted us in finding the parts we needed to replace the broken handle swiftly and made the repair process so EASY! A++++ service. We are Wave fans FOR LIFE!!!!

Wave plumbing came to inspect where a leak was, and cut these terrible holes in the wall. Never came back and fixed it. Hope you never hire these guys. Unprofessional. They couldn't even find the leak.
