The staff were extremely informative and knowledgeable about their products. I didn't feel like I was being pushed to purchase their glasses and they allowed me adequate time to try on numerous pairs before I made my decision to purchase a pair. Ali and Brian were the sales people that looked after me and I highly recommend them. The people at Wave gave us some of the best customer service going above and beyond to help us fix broken glasses. We did not have a spare pair with us on Vacation and they tried everything from finding to new frames to glue and taping so they would last the duration of our vacation stay in Petawawa.
