This was to be a relaxing day at the spa. I do really like the facilities and they have a great idea here but the management is less than professional, disorganized and has no customer service. The place was over booked reservations were lost no offer of any sort of compensation that made any sense. Had two massages booked booked two weeks ahead of time and show up no reservation. Very professional, friendly, and helpful staff. This spa has less variety of amenities than a larger spa such as Vettä, but everything it has is well done, and the price is accordingly fair. The sauna and steam rooms are very high-quality, while the pools and grounds are wonderfully kept. We went on a busy Saturday and there was always adequate opportunity to enjoy every feature. My first time at the Spa and it was an amazing day of relaxation, mouth watering food and good times with a great friend. The facilities are impeccably clean and exudes a Nordic atmosphere, take it from a Dane, it really feels like you are in an authentic Scandinavian setting. Staff are readily available when you need anything but also very respectful of your personal space and unobtrusive. I look forward to visiting again in the cooler weather.
