Came in for a gel removal. The guy used the machine to remove the nail then the acetone then went back again with the nail removing machine. I told him it was too much it will thin my nail. Then he went in with the big filler. I mean it felt like several layers of nails were stripped away. I am home now and my nail beds hurt. I’ve never had this issue before and I am not the type that gets her nails done every 2 weeks so my nails are nice and strong. Now they’re so thin already and they are sensitive to touch. Lady at doorway started shaking her head at me before I even walked in the door to ask a question about anything today. Not a welcoming place.

I came in for a gel removal and trim and the owner didn’t tell me the price until halfway into the service ($21) and had decided to add $11 for a simple nail trim. She rushed through the service and left gel residue on most of my nails and tried to insist that it was my own fault (that my nails were like that naturally, which isn’t true) but then still decided to file them again and finish the job. It seems like this business often practices price-gouging, depending on how gullible the customers seem.
