If you want a good haircut... Go see Rigk at wave lengths ! He's very good at what he does and actually listens to what the customer wants. I have had my hair frosted/highlighted and cut by him many times and would recommend h9im highly ! PROS: There's also a wonderful nail lady there named Kristine. CONS: I think the one I was going to mention here doesn't work there anymore .
