Worst hair dresser in Timaru! I asked for a balayage and they gave me orange troll hair. I found out from a previous employee of theirs that the owner refuses to upskill or educate her employees on up to date styles/trends/colours etc. I went back again for them to fix it but they had no idea what they were doing and kept trying to convince me it looked fine. In the end I was given a full refund. I don't understand how they have a high rating. Must be all their friends and family.

Just delighted with my hair Ella's made a fabulous job and I've had heaps of compliments I felt there prices were reasonable and the staff were all friendly and very approachable. A big thank you highly recommend.
