We have been with wave for several years. Even when there have been issues, Wave has always handled them satisfactorily. Recently, we've been transitioning to a new machine and Nick has been very communicative and helpful the entire time. He dropped off the new machine today and was so helpful and friendly. I never feel like I'm bothering him with any questions. He is a great asset to Wave.
