Unfortunately, I had clumps of hair fall out after a balayage session with Chantal Letto (owner). Not only was my hair left completely damaged (hair melting off photo) but the color was so brassy and uneven that that I had to get a full day color correction service done at a different salon the very next day. In the past, even without hair falling out, the color has never been great when Chantal did it (see pic with hot roots, May 2021). Chantal is such a great hair cutter, She does what I ask for every time and blends my hair and makes suggestions when she feels it needs to be cut differently!!! She's the best
