The boat we rented was in good shape, clean, and was ready for us on a holiday weekend in a timely manner.
This rental worked out pretty well. We arrived early and they let us go early, which meant we got to keep our rental a little longer than agreed. The only downside was that our radio didn't work, so we didn't have any music the entire time we were gone. That was a bummer. I called them while we were on the lake to see if it was something I was doing wrong and was told they were aware of the issue but there's nothing they can do. I spoke with Josh regarding a pontoon rental. He was very friendly and helpful and said the boat we were interested in was available. The next day, my husband submitted an online request. He also left a phone message. Since he did not hear back within 24 hours, he called and spoke to Danielle. She said she was very busy and would return his call in 20 minutes. We rented the pontoon for 4 hours. We showed up the day before our pickup date (our personal choice so we could just get started as soon as we got the boat). On the day of pickup we drove down to the boat launch they told us we had a full tank of gas and gave us a map of the lake….they even showed us a few cove spots to swim. We rented the boat for 4 hours (11-3) we were back a bit early but got good swimming spots and very peaceful as there was hardly anyone at the lake (we went on a Wednesday).
We rented a pontoon for the 4th of July and had a great time. Our boat was ready for us right when we got there and they were quick to get us set up and on the water. The boat ran great and we had no problems. When we returned they were ready for us and even helped us unload our stuff and get all checked in. The process was fast and easy and we would definitely love to comes back and rent again.
