I brought my dog in with an ear infection. We were greeted at the door by Terry, the receptionist, who was lovely. Dr. Simms and her assistants were warm, friendly and very kind/gentle with my dog. My dog was taken right in and the exam and treatment started within a few minutes. The staff was overall very professional, knowledgeable and nice with which to deal.
We couldn’t have had a better experience when we had to bring our puppy in for an emergency visit. The staff was welcoming, compassionate, and clearly very experienced with emergency situations. Both the staff and doctors were extremely knowledgeable and were able to reach a diagnosis quickly. They walked us through our options, valued our input, and truly seemed to care about treating our dog in the way that was most comfortable for both him and us. The only vet or pharmacy on the east end that carried the meds my dog needed to control her seizures. Helped coordinate with our vet to get the script filled ASAP, went above and beyond.
I brought my dog to Wave because it was a time-sensitive emergency, and they were the closest veterinary hospital open. The veterinarians and technicians acted quickly and provided immediate care, and for that I’m genuinely grateful. Without that intervention, my dog likely would not be here today. If I could give Wave 100 s, I would. My dog was attacked by another dog this past Sunday and Dr. Bressler and her team took the absolute best care of my baby. They treated both me and him like we were their family and I am forever grateful. When we learned he had to be transferred to another hospital for advanced care, Dr. Bressler called several hospitals & made all of the arrangements so that he could be seen the next day.
