We couldn’t have had a better experience when we had to bring our puppy in for an emergency visit. The staff was welcoming, compassionate, and clearly very experienced with emergency situations. Both the staff and doctors were extremely knowledgeable and were able to reach a diagnosis quickly. They walked us through our options, valued our input, and truly seemed to care about treating our dog in the way that was most comfortable for both him and us. The only vet or pharmacy on the east end that carried the meds my dog needed to control her seizures. Helped coordinate with our vet to get the script filled ASAP, went above and beyond.
I brought my dog to Wave because it was a time-sensitive emergency, and they were the closest veterinary hospital open. The veterinarians and technicians acted quickly and provided immediate care, and for that I’m genuinely grateful. Without that intervention, my dog likely would not be here today. If I could give Wave 100 s, I would. My dog was attacked by another dog this past Sunday and Dr. Bressler and her team took the absolute best care of my baby. They treated both me and him like we were their family and I am forever grateful. When we learned he had to be transferred to another hospital for advanced care, Dr. Bressler called several hospitals & made all of the arrangements so that he could be seen the next day. This Emergency Vet practice is excellent in every way.Dealing with emergencies is scary for the animal and the owner. The staff here is professional and caring. Dr. Bressler took care of my dog that came in for an overdose of a medication that she got into and was very sick.The office is state the art band new equipment.The staff will stay with you every step of the way, and it is fully staffed 24/7 , and you can call and check in anytime so you don't have to worry .
