Still loving our revamped bathroom after many years. Looks amazing & the service was, still is amazing!!
My wife and I, having bought a fabulous bathroom from Gary at Waves 6 years ago, had experienced a problem with a defective waste unit in the bathroom sink. We went to Waves to buy a replacement, Gary rectified the problem immediately by giving us the brand new part, apologised for it failing and gave us the brand new replacement ‘Free of Charge’. We came across Gary and Wave Bathrooms while renovating our house in Hampshire. We wanted to upgrade two bathrooms and a cloakroom and develop a new ensuite shower room. One bathroom was particularly tricky with reduced height due to two dormer windows. Gary amazed us with his creativity and patience in solving this difficult room to create a wonderful family bathroom. we bought a couple of bathrooms off Gary 10 years ago. very happy with all the work then, and now.Recently, one of the waste systems developed a fault. I popped in to see Wave bathrooms this morning and Gary dug out a replacement waste unit for us free of charge. First class service!
These guys are awesome! - I have used Wave bathrooms for well over 15 years now, and would not go anywhere else! Gary and David are great to deal with, their design, sales and aftersales skills are second to none. They have designed and supplied me with 4 bathrooms over the years, including 2 en-suites and a wetroom, and they have always exceeded my expectations - highly recommended!
