Very courteous on the phone. Quick response. Will not fix bathrooms that were touched by other contractors so don't waste your time if that's what you need. EDIT: In response, I contacted your company because I needed to hire someone to replace the bathroom entirely if that was necessary. I used the word "Fix" because frankly, a renovation would fix the problem. You said you wouldn't do it outright. A family friend recommended Wave for our bathroom renovation, so my wife and I met with Ben and Chelsea and discussed our ideas. Our renovations would include replacing the 1950s bathtub with a modern unit, replacing similarly old wall tiles, replacing the sheet vinyl flooring, and painting the room.
