Great product with great support
Absolutley the best floating docks, boat and pontoon lifts, and ports on the market.
Don't ever buy this product. After 3 years all the rollers fell apart and the company doesn't have any replacement parts. On top of that the factory told me the port i bought is over 10 years old...so I suspect the dealer sold me out dated material at current prices! Poor customer service, I have tried for over a year to resolve this...
I ordered 2”raised pipe sleeves over a week ago, I have yet to recieve a purchase confirmation email, yet they took my money. I called a couple days ago and was told the warehouse was processing the order, still nothing no confirmation no tracking, and when I called again no costumer service to pick up all day. This place is a joke, the absolute worst costumer service. Had I known this from the start I probably would have used them for a floating jetski dock solution.
AMAZING PRODUCTS! Dedication to Innovation and Qaulity. byfar the best solution for floating docks and pwc/boat ports. Pontoon Port is going to be BIG!
