Can't speak highly enough about them. OK, I had to wait a couple of weeks for a service call but that's pretty standard with any A/C repairer who's any good in Sydney at the moment. They were helpful and communicated well. But what was really good was the trouble the technician went to to to remove and clean the filters. I couldn't access the filters myself. Zero customer service. Making a bomb working as the repairer for manufacturers but jobs are backed up circa 3weeks. Based in Kirrawee so coverage of Sydney is poor.

A really disappointing experience from start to finish. Wave Air Conditioning service all the main brands like Fujitsu, Daikin and Mitsubishi units. And from our experience they are just overstretched. Minimum two weeks for a warranty/repair call. Super super slow communication. I wouldn’t use them again.

Highly recommend Wave Air Conditioning ✅ From the first phone call with Suzette at reception to the technicians; the whole service was exceptional! They diagnosed the issue of the faulty air con and repaired it with no fuss. When other businesses couldn’t do it, this team did it seamlessly. Will definitely use this service in the future.
