I encountered with a lot issues with my air con and exhaust installed by builder who can't even fix them. Thanks to Suz and Wave Air team helped me out. Wish your business prosperous.

After no help from the aircon installer, Mitsubishi sent Bradley from Wave to fix our brand new (never used) unit under warranty - and he fixed a major fault almost immediately. Also advised us of separate issue the original installer will need to address. Very professional

So impressed with Waves air conditioning very professional & are prompt in getting the job done. Office staff are very helpful & supportive, Suzette is amazing along with their technicians. Peter is so knowledgeable, a brilliant technician & a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t go through anyone else. 5 star rating from the time a problem gets issued right through to when it’s fixed. A great company to deal with, my experience with Waves has been nothing but positive.
