We love the new Pro thermostat. Mark did a super job installing it and explained how it works. He's friendly, professional and cleaned up after installing. We recommend highly!

Wave 9 came to our rescue when our AC was out. We have used them a couple times now and will continue to contact them for our AC needs. They were quick to respond and repaired our unit in a timely fashion. Thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend them.
The Wave 9 team was fantastic communicated with me through out the process even via text. They suggested renting a 2 and 3 ton unit for our large warehouse. We were filming an event and needed it for a week. They confirmed early and even delivered. Price was very competitive, we used a different company before but will definitely be using Wave 9 for all of HVAC needs.
