Met with Dale at my land June of 2020. Gave him a floor plan idea mentioned I was open to whatever. He said he would work up an estimate for me. 6 weeks go by... I send him an email stating that i expected it to take some time but not six weeks. I heard nothing back... called Wausau home of West Bend (direct line)… Dale picks up. Mention who i am and he says.... "oh, yeah... sorry about that". 3 months... no response. There are other options.

Found Dale & Kristina to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable when looking to help my sister build her first home (away from home.) Can't say enough good things about them and Wausau Homes in general. She was expectingly a whole lot more stress and it all turned out wonderful.
Hours say 10-6 on the website and on the building itself yet no one is here glad I drove here for no reason love it
