Stay away from Bauer Estates! aka "Spring Valley Custom Design Studio" aka Wausau Homes Spring Valley aka Corey Bauer. We made the poor decision of working with them to build our custom home in Prescott WI. Build process began OK, but quickly devolved due to poor communication from the builder, extended timelines, and total lack of accountability or customer/homeowner advocation by the General Contractor Corey Bauer. We really enjoyed working with Wausau Homes. Both Emily and Corey were very knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and concerns throughout our process. Emily eliminated the stress with keeping the process efficient and simple!

From start to finish the project was smooth. Any time there were issues, and there always are when building a new home, they were quick to respond and handled everything professionally. Everyone that I worked with through their company was personable, polite, and punctual (kept with the "p words" there). This was my second Wausau Home and first time with Spring Valley Wausau. The experience was fun!! And I am very happy with my home!!!
