It took a while to get the window units and correct door from Pella when ordered but once they arrived the install immediately commenced. Attention to detail in the installation and finishing was exceptional. The cost for installation was less than expected.
We love the beautiful home that Mike built for us. He did a great job. The setting process the of home was amazing to watch.
The builder was thoughtful, experienced, insightful, realistic, hard working, patient, understanding, flexible, and communicated well. He walked with us throughout the entire process. He followed up with us regularly make sure we were at ease. He still answers any questions regarding the build. This was the first house we built and when we build again, Mike will be our builder. Thanks to Mike and his team for making our dream home a reality.

We are very pleased with the whole process of building with Wausau Homes. Mike, TJ and Sandra were great to work with though out the process and very effective explaining the entire process. We were extremely impressed with the House Set Day, House was up and closed off to the weather in a day.
