I worked there for 6 months the director was rarely there and extremely unprofessional with gossiping about co workers to other co workers and many other things. She would miss days sometimes more than once to sickness or vacation but had a “ meeting “ with me saying that I have been missing to many days and that even with a doctors note they were unexcused because she wasn’t notified 2 weeks in advanced.
