I moved to this practice out of convenience, being closer to home. The experiences I've had with this practice has been less than sub par. Just one example of this is with the decisions they make on fees. I have a recurring 6 monthly script. I've had this filled 3 times now at this practice. First renewal was an in person appointment. I walked in and was asked what i wanted. The Doctor then proceeded to print the script. 2 minute consultation maximum. $93. Second renewal was via tele health. Reception was kind, Place was clean and tidy. Doctor: Absolutely poor effort And that's being nice. Was asked to get my files faxed from previous doctors so she could have a look to do my referrals. We just walked out. Wouldn't want her as a doctor. I will rather drive the 1hr30 to my doctors than come back here. She was literally just trying to RUSH. Kept saying one problem at a time (It was literally the same situation). She's worse than Hemorrhoids it's self.

I Saw Dr Hossain for the first time last week. She was professional and very thorough. I’ve been having ongoing symptoms for a while and she listened to me and put a plan in place. I then saw her again for results and her care was exceptional!! It was an easy decision to move to this clinic now to have her as my regular GP.
