Was recommended waurn ponds medical and referred to see Dr JJ by another GP in Geelong. Dr JJ has been one of the most supportive GPs I have ever seen. He really takes the time to talk through concerns and health issues, does not rush you out of your appointments, is very empathetic and knowledgeable. My experience has been 10/10 to see him especially for any mental health issues. Reception staff are lovely also. Really grateful to have found him and this clinic
Service is excellent. Reception staff are wonderfully courteous. Dr Naushin Hussain is a champion. Her manner, professionalism, knowledge and follow up are outstanding. Her demeanour is comforting and her explanations are clear. Dr Hussain’s expertise is an excellent contribution to our heath at Waurn Ponds Medical Centre. Thank you all at the centre.
