Very disappointing, I was in there for no longer than a min, all I needed was a prescription....didn't even take my blood pressure, but was charged $93, REALLY!...Think I'll be looking for a new clinic.
This place used to be really good. But lately it’s declined. Went there for an assessment for a workplace injury and the doctor sent me straight to the hospital even though it was not an emergency and I definitely did not need to go to the hospital. Cheeky place also had the nerve to charge me for the consult, didn’t even do the Medicare rebate either…..
How dare a dr dismissed an elderly patients request for a form to be signed (which she had with her) for gov incontinence assistance payment to help off set poise purchases for bladder leakage. Reason: there was no patient notes re incontinence. Mainly because an 80 plus lady is not always comfortable discussing things like this. Wow '- ZERO points for showing any compassion or concern for a person's well being.
Excellent service staff are always friendly and supportive, and they always have reasonable availability for appointments. Jehan-Hari Joethy Is an incredible doctor and get’s straight to the point making the right decisions and also ensuring what you need to do to help yourself recover. I have high confidence in the support they provide.
Saw Dr Jehan, absolutely gobsmacked. Found him rude, offensive and not a user friendly doctor at all. Would never go back.
