They were amazing to work with. They were very quick to respond and was able to help me solve my temporary storage situation. Also loved that the units were very clean and in great shape. Felt my personal belongs were safe.
The storage units have a beautiful look to them. Very appealing to the eye. But that’s truthfully about the only good thing you’ll get out of these units. My mother has been struggling to get into her storage unit multiple times a week since February. When the snow starts to melt, then freezes over at night, she can’t get her unit open! The bottom of the door is covered in a thick layer of ice. She has called NUMEROUS times about this. They told us that their plow guy is supposed to be taking care of it.
