Pros: - The work is meticulous &details are not ignored. Time goes into installing. Cons: - HORRIBLE communication from both parents (whom we bought the pool from) & daughter (who installs). We were ignored & dismissed. All was fine unless we brought up communication as an important factor to doing business. -Do not count on install dates. -Do not count on phone calls for being late or not showing up. -Do not count on consideration of your time or scheduling of install date -Instead of doing their job, they threaten w/ refun... read more
