Dishonest, didn't come with enough coolant as we requested, then socked us with a bill more than DOUBLE than quoted on the phone. See other negative complaints, you'll see the pattern. Call the next next guy.
Well my wife hit a deer and told them it was not drivable and asked them for the price to pick it up from around Royalton so like 10 miles out of town and he said around $150 to $180 and we got back to the tow company I paid him $150 and he said scrap metal it's worth $200 it was under our impression that he was going to scrap it out and we will get the 200 so I called back two or three weeks later and he told us he got rid of the car and all of our sudden are toll bill was $350 so you tell me what makes sene about that? Our car broke down on a Saturday after business hours and we had them tow us to their shop. While we couldn’t get work done until Monday, they went out of their way to get me fixed so we could get back on the road. I drive a Nissan and they were able to get it fixed and running fine. I’d recommend.
