The women working behind the counter and in back have always been very helpful, kind, professional, pleasant, and helpful to me. The waiting room is full of free informational flyers, brochures, organization newsletters and posters with upcoming events.
Fallen on tough times, tried calling to find out if I qualified for food stamps or assistance. Worker was very rude and refused to connect me to someone who could answer my basic questions.
