Took my Newfoundland in for a skin infection, the staff were extremely kind and very attentive to my dogs needs. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I intend on making this my primary vet. Thanks again for helping Mikko, he is doing great!!
Dr. Sadler was caring and took the time to thoroughly examine Cinnamon. He spent time explaining to us her condition and how to treat to improve her health. Dr. Sadler did not push for further tests nor more expensive medications as many veterinary clinics do. Thank you Dr. Sadler. 5⭐️
Absolutely amazing People at this clinic. We had an emergency today with my 11 year old lab and our normal vet wouldn't work us and help us ,We called so many vet's today and no one would help us except the Waukon clinic and they were extremely Busy but still worked us in . You can tell they actually care about the Animals and not just there for the pay check. They all explain stuff so well and you don't feel Rushed out the door at all.
