They have a lot of things we were interested in and could use in building out our basement, but this place is a mess. Unorganized and nothing is priced. We asked for help and got the bums rush. The guy made up outrageous prices and rushed away from us. We saw better retail prices. Sad. It's a good cause. Seems like they could recruit some volunteers to organize and fairly price items. It's really pathetic. We left with nothing.
I attempted to donate folding chairs. They were closed. That wasn’t a problem. The problem was that the employee in the entryway would not say anything or open the door so I could hear him. I think this is very rude behavior. He wasn’t willing to take the time to be nicer
Makes me question whether or not someone or some people who work here get incentives from regular buyers who will buy MCM furniture and then turn around and sell it on Facebook marketplace place for hundreds of dollars. I have seen a specific seller buy mcm furniture and then sell that same set for hundreds of dollars on fb. Every time I go into a restore, any nice MCM furniture is “sold”. Every single time.
